Our unique Shepherd Huts offer a serene getaway overlooking a private lake and surrounding fields. Both huts are beautifully placed providing a quiet corner for you to soak up those special moments of your wedding day.
Berryfields is also open for short stays in our two lakeside Shepherd Huts. Both huts offer double bed accommodation with fully equipped kitchenette, ensure shower room and decking area with lakeside views.
Nestled in the Nene Valley Berryfields provides a peaceful haven away from it all where you can truly switch off.

Tucked out of sight the two shepherd huts nestled either end of the private lake give an opportunity to pause and enjoy the surroundings. Both huts offer lakeside views. One hut is hidden away out of sight in a very private corner, with its own cosy log burner.
The second hut has views from every aspect over the length of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the River Nene.

Berryfields is located in the picturesque Nene Valley close to the historical market towns of Stamford and Oundle and near to Rutland Water with its many outdoor activities.
You walk straight into the huts main room which consists of kitchen area with mini fridge, sink, hob and cupboards. There is a table and chairs for meals, and electric heating or cosy log burner depending on the hut. A separate room has toilet, shower and sink. Then outside the decking area has steps down to grass around the lake and seating to take in the views. Parking is directly outside your hut on the grass.
